Mission

The Brighter Day Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created to address the chronic care needs of vulnerable populations. Chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood Pressure and Heart Disease affect everyone but are concentrated among the poor; and often cause a downward spiral of worsening disease and poverty.  Underserved communities and people of color are often more vulnerable due to decreased access to health services.

Benefit to the Community

Our church-based chronic care clinics will be a huge benefit to their respective communities serving tens of thousands of residents of the Atlanta area. The clinics are primarily opened on the weekends when traditional doctors’ offices are closes and provide access to affordable healthcare which the community desperately needs. Since the churches are conveniently located and fully integrated into their communities. Our aim is to be a trusted place to receive community-based care.
